About the role

You'll take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep your section running smoothly through busy services. You'll greet guests, walk them through the menu, flag allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen, time courses so tables never wait, and settle bills accurately. Between seatings you'll reset tables, restock service stations, and support teammates when their sections get slammed. Your goal on every shift is simple: guests leave happy and come back.

What you'll bring

You bring genuine warmth with guests and calm under pressure when the room fills up. Experience in a fast-paced dining room helps, but attitude matters more: you show up on time, keep your section tidy, remember regulars, and treat the kitchen team as partners rather than an obstacle.
